Systemic constellation guides us to face family trauma, move through grief, and move toward transformation and rebirth. When a family is struck by a sudden tragedy—such as an earthquake, plane crash, car accident, or other disasters that result in the death of a loved one or friend—it can be a profound shock to the entire family. The unexpected nature of such events can leave everyone feeling overwhelmed and, as the English phrase goes, "frozen". This emotional freezing can affect the flow of life force within the family and block the love for the person who has passed away. What impact does this have on us? A part of our vitality becomes stuck at the age when the event occurred, making it difficult for us to live life with 100% vitality. How Do We Cope with the Death of a Loved One? It is possible to heal, even though the loved one is no longer with us. Unresolved trauma remains in our hearts and in the collective unconscious of the family. Through systemic constellation, we can help heal this trauma. By revisiting the grief and farewell associated with life and death, we create new bodily experiences and visual memories. This process transforms expressions of grief into a profound emotional flow. The entire experience is often deeply moving and powerful, helping us to dissolve emotional blockages and allowing frozen love and vitality to begin flowing again. When we can stand in our rightful place and accept the constant changes of life, our departed loved ones can finally rest in peace. They will be glad to see that we respect their fate and continue living well, not defeated, but instead thriving with happiness. Naturally, they will be more willing to bless future generations. More importantly, our children will no longer need to carry unresolved emotions for the family. They will learn from us how to face life's uncertainties and embrace the fresh, new energy that comes with each moment of life.
