A. Course registration instructions and payment instructions:

1. This course does not involve any medical treatment. Please ensure that your physical and mental state is stable.

2. Please fill in the online registration form in detail and complete the payment.

3. For those who have completed registration and payment, a course start notification will be sent via e-mail, text message, etc. 10 days before the start of the course. (Please note that the email may be blocked. If you do not receive the course start notification, check your spam box, or call 02-25783442 to inform us. Our staff will confirm for you whether the registration and payment are successful).

4. The number of repeat students is limited, and the company will base on registration priority.

5. Course prices may change due to activities, and the announcement on the day of student registration shall prevail.

6. Those who sign up for the event discount plan must complete registration and payment on the event discount price deadline. Failure to complete any item will be deemed to have given up the discount price.

B. Relevant measures for those who are unable to participate in the course after registering:

If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, you may apply to transfer to other courses or withdraw from the course. Detailed rules are as follows:

Apply to transfer courses:

1. Application for course transfer can only be processed by notification in person by phone or email at least 7 days before the start of the course (including the start date).

2. If you apply to transfer a course within 7 days before the start of the course, an administrative fee of NT$1,000 will be charged.

3. Applications for course transfer will not be accepted on the day the course starts.

4. The course transfer is valid for one year. (For example, if the original start date of the course is 2021/5/1, you can choose a course that starts before 2022/4/30). If you fail to transfer to any course within one year, it will be deemed that you have voluntarily given up your qualification to transfer. The company also does not provide refunds.

5. Course transfer is limited to one course only. If the fee of the course you want to transfer to is higher (calculated based on the price announced on the day of transfer), you must make up the difference before you can register. If the fee for the course you want to transfer to (calculated based on the price announced on the day of transfer) is lower, the price difference will not be refunded.

Apply to withdraw from a course:

1. For more than 7 days before the course start date (including the course start date), the balance will be refunded to the original payment method after deducting 10% of the administrative fee.

2. Within 7 days from the course start date, the balance will be refunded to the original payment method after deducting 30% of the administrative fee.

3. Applications for withdrawal from the course will not be accepted on the day the course starts.
