To safeguard your personal rights and facilitate the refund process, please read the following refund guidelines carefully:

1. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used. If it was paid by credit card, it will be refunded to the credit card. For non-credit card payments, the refund will be issued via bank transfer.
2. For refunds that are made 7 days prior to the day before the event, if the payment was made by credit card, there will be no handling fee charged. For non-credit card payments, a handling fee of NTD 30 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded in full. E.g. After deducting the handling fee of NTD 30 from the course fee of NTD 1500, the refund amount you will receive is NTD 1470.
3. For refunds that are made within 1 to 7 days prior to the day before the event, there will be a deduction for the relevant event expenses, and only 70% of the course fee will be refunded. E.g. After deducting the related event expenses from the course fee of NTD 1500, the refund amount you will receive is NTD 1050.
4. On the day of the event, refunds will only be considered in the case of natural disasters, accidents, or other uncontrollable circumstances. Valid documentation must be provided. Otherwise, refund requests will not be accepted.
