⭐️Registration Notes and Payment Instructions⭐️
1. This course does not involve any medical behavior, please ensure that your physical and mental state is stable.
2. Please fill in the online registration form in detail and complete the payment.
3. For those who have completed the registration and payment, the course start notice will be sent in the form of e-mail, SMS, etc. 10 days before the start of the course. (Please note that the letter may be blocked. If you have not received the course start notice, check your spam mailbox, or call 02-25783442 to inform us, and our staff will confirm for you whether the registration and payment are successful).
4. The number of repeat students is limited, and the company will use the order of registration priority as the basis.
5. Course prices may change due to activities, and the announcement on the date of student registration shall prevail.
6. Those who apply for the activity discount plan must complete the registration and payment before the deadline for the activity discount price. If any of the items are not completed, it will be deemed as giving up the discount price.
⭐️Description of the status of being unable to participate in the course for some reason⭐️
1. This course is a continuous course, and the required course materials and related materials were prepared one month ago.
2. Considering the coherence and integrity of learning, this course adopts a closed teaching mode, and midway transfers are not accepted.
3. If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, you can apply to postpone to the next session or withdraw from the class. The detailed rules are as follows:
The application is extended to the next issue:
1. 30 days before the start date (inclusive) of the class can apply for a postponement of one class, without any administrative fees, and the postponement is limited to one time.
2. Within 15 days (inclusive) before the start date of the class, you can apply for a postponement of one class, and an administrative fee of NT$2,000 will be charged. The postponement is limited to one time.
3. If there is any discrepancy between the course fee postponed to the next period and the current period, the less will be charged and the excess will not be refunded.
4. No extension application will be accepted after the class starts.
Apply for course transfer:
1. 30 days before the start date (included) of the course can apply for a postponement of one period of class, and I will call or email to notify the application for course transfer.
2. Within 15 days (inclusive) before the start date of the class, you can apply for a postponement of one class, and an administrative fee of NT$2,000 will be charged.
3. Course transfer applications will not be accepted on the first day of the course.
4. The validity period of course transfer is one year. (For example, the original course start date is 2021/5/1, and you can choose the course started before 2022/4/30). If you have not transferred to any course within one year, you will be deemed to have voluntarily waived your qualification for course transfer. The company also does not issue refunds.
5. If the fee of the course to be transferred (calculated based on the price announced on the day of the transfer) is higher, the difference must be paid before enrolment. If the fee of the course to be transferred to is lower (calculated based on the price announced on the day of the transfer), the price difference will not be refunded.
Application for class withdrawal - before class starts:
1. 30 days before the start date of the course (inclusive), if you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, you can call or email to apply for cancellation of the course. The administrative fee will not be deducted, and the paid course fee will be refunded in the original payment method.
2. Within 15 days/30 days before the start date of the course (inclusive), if you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, you must call or email to apply for cancellation of the course. After charging an administrative fee of NT$2,000, the balance will be refunded by the original payment method.
3. Within 15 days before the start date of the course (inclusive), if you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, you must call or email to apply for cancellation of the course. After charging an administrative fee of NT$5,000, the balance will be refunded by the original payment method.
Application for class withdrawal - after class starts:
1. When the consumption is less than 1/2 of the total course hours, if you cannot participate due to personal reasons, you can call or email to apply for cancellation of the course. After refunding 50% of the paid course amount, the refund will be refunded by the original payment method.
2. When the consumption has reached 1/2 of the total course hours, if you are unable to participate due to personal reasons, the application for withdrawal from the course will not be accepted.
