⭐️【Workshop Registration Guidelines】⭐️
A. Registration Guidelines and Payment Details:
1. This course does not involve any medical procedures. Please make sure you are in a stable physical and mental condition.
2. Please fill in the online registration form and complete payment.
3. Participants who have completed registration and payment will receive the course notification via email, SMS or other means 10 days prior to its commencement. (Please be aware that the email may be blocked as spam. If you do not receive the email, please contact us at 02-25783442, and we will further confirm with you if registration and payment were successful.)
4. The number of seats for past students is limited and will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.
5. Please note that the course fee is subject to change due to possible change in activities. The course fee you pay will be based on the price reflected on the day you register for the course.
6. Applicants who registered under any promotional price must complete registration and payment before the promotional period ends. If any of the requirements are not fulfilled, the promotional price will be forfeited.
B. Procedures for Those Who Are Unable to Attend After Registration and Payment:
If you are unable to attend the course due to personal reasons, you may request to transfer courses or withdraw from the course. The specific rules are outlined below.:
Request for Course Transfer:
1. Only applicable up to 7 days before the course starts (including the start date), transfer requests can be made by contacting us via phone or email.
2. For requests that are made within 7 days before the course starts, an administrative fee of NTD 1,000 will be charged.
3. No transfer application will be accepted on or after the first day of class.
4. The course transfer period is valid for one year. (For example, if the original course start date is 1 May 2021, you can choose any course offered before 30 April 2022) If no course transfer is made within one year of the original course start date, the course transfer eligibility will be considered voluntarily forfeited. No refund will be provided by the company.
5. Only one course transfer is allowed for each course. If the course you wish to transfer to has a higher fee (based on the price reflected on the day of the course transfer), the price difference needs to be paid for successful enrollment. If the course you wish to transfer to has a lower fee (based on the price reflected on the day of the course transfer), the price difference will not be refunded.
Request for Course Withdrawal:
1. If the course withdrawal request is made at least 7 days before the course starts (including the start date), a 10% administrative fee will be charged and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
2. If the course withdrawal request is made within 7 days before the course starts, a 30% administrative fee will be charged and the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
3. No course withdrawal request will be accepted on the first day of class.
